1. Who we are

Calculator inputs. The figures you enter into our calculators are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, and interactions) through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags.
Information you submit. If you fill out a contact or consultation-request form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and details about your timeshare).
Preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to operate and improve the Site, measure traffic and advertising performance, respond to inquiries, and — where you request a consultation — to connect you with the specific third-party company identified on the form.

We share information with: (a) service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising platforms) acting on our behalf; (b) the specific timeshare-exit or related company you ask us to connect you with, when you submit a consultation request; and (c) authorities where required by law. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure conversions and site usage, and may use interest-based advertising features. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google's personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Transferring a consultation request to a partner company for compensation may qualify as a “sale”/“sharing” under California law. To exercise any right, including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” email contact@timesharefeecalculator.com with the subject “CCPA Request.” We will verify and respond within the statutory period. We do not knowingly respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.
7. Other jurisdictions
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas) and of the EEA/UK may have similar rights of access, deletion, correction, and objection. The Site is directed to a U.S. audience; if you contact us from another jurisdiction, we will honor applicable rights on request at the email above.

We retain form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
